Moderne Colline MC212

Collection: Moderne

This work transports the viewer into a dreamlike landscape, where fluid forms and gentle color transitions create a calm, almost meditative atmosphere. Soft shades of blue and warm beiges blend together, forming the impression of boundless sky over gentle hills. Accents of red add depth and dynamism to the composition, suggesting subtle yet intense emotions hidden beneath the surface of tranquility. The artist skillfully manipulates light and shadow, giving the piece a sensual depth. The painting is like a dream frozen in time and space, offering the viewer space for reflection and inner silence. The abstract form and color scheme make this work universal, fitting perfectly into modern spaces where it can serve as a source of inspiration and peace.

Wallpaper installation

The wall where we plan to stick the wallpaper must be clean, dry, smooth, and slightly absorbent.

When gluing light wallpapers, make sure the wall is of a uniform color. Strong dirt, stains, pencil or pen inscriptions may show through the wallpaper.

The substrate should be primed with a construction primer. The painted wall should be washed and degreased, and then primed. All layers of old wallpaper should be removed from the wallpapered wall. If any wall damage is noticeable after removing the wallpaper, it should be leveled and then primed.

Using a roller, evenly spread the adhesive on the wall surface within the first section.

Apply thin layers of glue along the edges of the sections using a brush, to avoid excess glue leaking onto the top layer of wallpaper. This will be the place for the first strip of wallpaper. To evenly spread the glue on the edges of individual sheets, it is recommended to use a brush. The sheets have a tab, and the applicator trims them with a knife directly on the wall while gluing. The cuts are made through two layers by cutting the tab with a knife (in one cut). After removing any unnecessary scraps, the pressed connections of the sheets should fit perfectly together. Thoroughly coat the wall under the joint with glue and gently press both parts together, pressing from bottom to top like a zipper to make the joint invisible. Individual sheets should be glued with overlapping tabs.
